Bad packaging and water came out from the valve
I received this black shower kit yesterday.Something I am not satisfied that all the parts in the box were loose when I opened it.And some water came out from the valve, this really made me feel like the product that I received had been used, at least not brand new.Anyway, hopefully it works no problem. I will write review again when I start using it.

Rubbish
Thought it was a good idea at the time to have designer black sanitary ware. Bad mistake! Black finish is now very poor and lifting off of metal. Over 12 months old so no chance of a refund and I now have to buy a new shower assembly.

Lovely and big shower head, looks great on light tiles and matches the rest of black details

Paint comes off when replacing the removable shower head back onto its holder!
First off the shower arrived in a box that look like it had been jumped on several times and was ripped and damaged. I of course checked if all the parts were there which they were. Then after a month or so of use and only using water to clean the shower the bottom of the handheld head has had the paint scraped away, this is because of the sharp edges holding the shower head in place. I am then told I have to pay £50 for tests on the part to see if I have used chemicals on it? Or to pay for a replacement? Shocking customer service and awful paint on the product. My advice to anyone would be to pay a little bit more and get a reputable brand.

Faulty
No hot water comes through. Been in contact with supplier a few times, can’t get the correct tools to change thermostat, can’t get the valve resent, just send me pictures how to do. Three plumbers tried to fix and is faulty

Good for price
Feels a little less sturdy than the model we say in a store but this was cheaper. Value for money I think. Edit: we only just installed this shower. After 1 month of use the black paint is coming off
