I get these for my 2 boston terriers. They LOVE them! play with them like circus seals. Very durable and take toenail scratches without damage. I did have to cut the top flat part of the plug off so they couldn't bite it and remove it (seems to be my Sophie's favorite game) They stay inflated well. My dogs have a ton of fun with them. They usually last us a couple of years before we have to replace them.

Most yoga balls I've had before came with pumps of their own. Like all times in life, when you need something, that's of course when you can't find it. Upon opening, I realized there was no pump included and my bf attempted it blow it up like a balloon, with the little air nozzle attachment provided. LOL, definitely did not get to max inflation, but the material is great. I use the same ball at the Chiropractor's office, so I decided to purchase it since I liked it so much. TheraBand is a great brand and the ball feels sturdy. The material is thick and the ball, despite not being a matte texture like most yoga balls nowadays, is pretty grippy. I prefer this material. I'll be fairly happy if/when I can find my pump to inflate this thing. For now, it's sitting in my living room as a deflated balloon so that the wrinkles and folds will go away.

Easy to use durable functionable great product

Although this is a good sturdy ball, it is much too small for most adults 5'1" to 5'6". It does not inflate to 55cm. When sitting on the ball, your knees should be bent at 90's, like sitting in a chair. I am 5'6 and when I sat on this ball my knees were up to my chest.
