I have it in my shed which doesn’t have enough light otherwise with only one socket available. Because this provides light output all directions it is perfect for lighting up the whole thing and then some. The color is perfect for me which is cool daylight at the 5500-6000 kelvin range with a tad blue output spectrum. Even though it has a “normal” E26 socket its size may be a issue. It is long at 8”, so if you do plan to enclose this be sure to measure it will fit first. I really like the lifespan rated on this with it being LED and the guarantee to back it up. The price for the single bulb is good for what you get, but does get a tad expensive fast if you needed a few of them. My biggest concern is the listing not mentioning anything about it being waterproof which has prevented me from buying another for the outside light of the shed. Otherwise I love the daylight color, super bright output, and quality this lightbulb gives.

This thing is ridiculous. I've been using a 3000 lumen light and this blows it away. It is extremely bright. Used it on my porch, and just looking at the light coming through the windows you would think it's midday. There are more efficient options that use less wattage but for $16 you cannot beat it.Edit: it died after 4 months. Half of the bulb is now dead. It only ran during the evening. The seller has replaced the defective bulb free of charge.

Good bright light. Used as a dusk to dawn light for 17 months or 6488 hours (approximately) it began to strobe. I contacted the manufacturer and received a replacement within 3 weeks. I subsequently repaired the strobing light with a $1.23 part and now have a spare light.This is the response I recieved within 2 day of a warranty request:(replaced my name with customer)Dear Customer,Thanks for your order and we are sorry for the problem you mentioned.To help you, we are willing to send you replacement. I bought this looking for a bright LED for our front porch, and it is VERY bright. I've been using various ChinaMade LEDs all over the house and workshop, and IMHO this light is best for the interior of a garage or hobby room. This light is very bright, and although I won't bank on it being a full "5000 Lumens," it is certainly enough to comfortable illuminate most interior room by itself.However as soon as I plugged it in, my wife hated it. She hasn't stopped hating it (ie yelling at me) since... the color temperature is every bit of 6500K, and it's just too harsh for the porch or other semi-decorative locations. The fixture itself is also obviously ugly - but the photos are accurate.In summary, this is a fantastic and very bright daylight bulb for work spaces, hobby rooms, etc where you prefer contrast over comfort. I would not recommend it for any area where aesthetics are valued - both the bulb appearance and color temperature are not ideal. Still, this bulb gets 5 stars for being pretty much what they said it would be- I just need a different kind of bulb for my application.

I bought one of those 3 way aimable garage lights before purchasing this one and it wouldn't fit on the side of the garage I needed because of the door opener being in the way, so I put it on the otherside, and was quite pleased with it. So I went back to amazon and found this as a solution to my space problem. As soon as I screwed this in, it was instant regret that I bought the 3 way light. This light puts that one to same in ever category except the fact that you can adjust the 3 way to put light where you need it, otherwise this outshines and fills a room way better than the other one, which if I might add the 3 way was almost 3 times as much. I highly recommend you buy this light!

Fits the E26-27 socketsUsing it as a grow bulb in my greenhouse and it works greatDo your research about the Lumens required for indoor plants because I bought two other “grow lights” that don’t have anywhere near the required light to grow anything past a sprout!

I bought this from lighting-pro seller and it is very worth the money. This is what I was looking for my photography. I mainly use this bulb for my soft boxes and as you can see it is so bright. I like the color temperature it is pure cool white good for photography it is not one of those yellow tint LED. I got this today 11/30/2020 I will update in few months if there is any issues. I removed one star because it will take 2 seconds delay if you turn on the light. I always love the 5 year warranty it gives me peace of mind if ever this bulb get burn out.

Prior to purchasing this corn lamp I was skeptical that they would have the light output that fluorescent bulbs do. I did a photoshoot with it and let me tell you the light is cleaner and more balanced plus there's the added bonus of the LEDs not being as fragile as those fluorescent bulbs. I have broken enough to know that and these are pretty sturdy construction! I will be definitely getting more and highly recommend!
