If my 8yo can slay in it, so can you
We love the Rapala Countdown lineup, we usually use they CD7 and CD9 in either brown or rainbow trout colors for 20+ inch trout in rivers, but we use the smaller CD3 and CD5 ones for lakes/reservoirs and to piss off some picky fish like this Kokanee my son caught by Breckenridge

Catches Brown Trout in streams, and rivers
The only thing I dislike is when I get snagged and lose one at 8 bucks a pop..lol...but the good outweighs the bad with this lure, it's a keeper.

Expensive but high quality
I really like the performance of this small lure. It casts like a bullet and when retrieved creates a tight wiggle that the fish go crazy for. I like that this lure sinks and can catch everything from bluegill to bass to carp. I do wish they were not so expensive for what you get. I would prefer a price around $5 but it is usually in the $7 or more category. Its definitely a buy but be careful and watch the price.

Great lure...
What can I say about Rapala? They have always produce top quality baits, and these Countdown lures are no exception. Top quality, well packaged, and these lures work. I use these mainly for trout, and they work great.
