I tried this tea in Jan to jumpstart my cleaning process and eating right. I can honestly say this tea works. The taste is good, has no real taste to me. I drink water more than anything so this was pretty easy for me. I noticed my bloating was non existent after 2-3 days and I suffer from gastritis. It also curb my appetite for sweets and I’m a huge sweets eater. I never really seen how I lost fat due to not eating sugar. I have recommended this product to my family, friends and even my neighbors. I have gotten compliments on my weight loss from everyone I know. This tea works and it’s gentle on the stomach, doesn’t having me running to the bathroom. It’s a more controlled detox which I like.

Flavors are great. Felt like it gave me a little but if engery boost but also noticed it does help with less cravings.

Loved the flavors I choose, they tasted great! For the morning tea I used a small tea pot and seeped one teabag with 2 cups of water. This way I sipped on two cups and it tasted great.

I miss the old form of the teabag vs this new one. The new one has a string and the old didn’t. The string wraps around the teabag and every time I unwrap the string that’s slightly glued to the teabag, it leaves a little hole in the bag so when it goes into the tea , pieces of the herbs get into my drink. Please bring back the old tea bags… the tea itself is great, however

I noticed an increase in energy during the day without feeling jittery. The nighttime tea works effectively but gently. It helped me feel lighter and less bloated without causing discomfort in the stomach. Packaging is super cute. Add these to your wellness routine. Overall, I'm happy with this product. It's a great detox option if you're looking for something gentle and effective. I'll likely use it again!

I followed the directions. The package was delivered in the morning; I had a cup of morning tea only; the next day I had a cup of morning tea and then in the evening I had a cup of the evening tea; ** because of the package comments about Senna sensitivity I wanted to be safe as I didn’t know how it would effect me I only drank half a cup of the evening tea. The third day” before I could even have my morning tea I started having cramps similar to (for the women out there) contraction pains!Please do not buy the evening tea until you try a sample of a Senna based product other than this! Even though I only used it for two days before having the Senna tea, I went to return this item because obviously I can no longer drink it. When you click ‘return’ it says RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED for this product! A big waste of money for me. Don’t buy it unless you already know if you are or are NOT sensitive to Senna!

This is my second order trying the other flavor now,of the night and day tea. I wanted to say I am happy with this, I have less hunger and cravings. I have been on a weight loss journey and I'm in my 50s now and it isn't the same to lose weight. I am no carbs for over a month I usually just stay the same weight. Taking this tea was a game changer I have lost 6 lbs in 2 weeks and I want to keep going. One thing I do recommend is until you get use to the tea don't eat a big meal. I didn't read the directions on the night tea I was drinking it every night, I would some time wake up to go to the bathroom and it all came out at like 2 am..lol nothing like cramps or anything. I am getting use to the tea, and for the first time in a year I am less bloated and have a bit more energy. I am also perimenopause and this actually helped me alot. I would recommend this tea for anyone that needs a boost in there diet or weight loss journey.

Really helps me not have cravings all the time, the restless wandering back and forth to the fridge has stopped. I quit drinking coffee first thing and made this my morning hot drink or sometimes I put it in my cold water bottle and drink throughout the day. It makes me less stressed overall somehow.The evening tea is relaxing and neither tea has an overly strong taste but are enjoyable. I look forward to drinking these and love the benefits I saw within a day or two. I have been drinking these for months now off and on and always have more energy when I am consistent.This is a natural way that incorporates healthy habits and herbs that detox rather than suppress. Digestion seems better too;)
