I was looking specifically for cotton scrunchies and then state they are cotton in the headline, but when I received the product there was NO information on the material. They do not feel like cotton. They came in a plastic bag with only the item number on it. So if you are wanting cotton just realize these may not be. I am surprised the manufacture does not have to state what these are made of on the packaging or somehow noted with the product.I kept them due to all of the hassle to return them and I had not found any others stating they were cotton.They do hold well and I have no issues with the mixed colours or quality. I have washed them with like colours on cold and let them air dry with no issues.

These are great hair scrunchies. I love the colors...they are so vibrant. As another reviewer stated, they are a little stiff at first, but after a few uses they loosen up. My daughter and I love them!
