Just like the ones I used to buy in Okinawa, Japan!
These are just like the ones I used to get when I was living in Okinawa, Japan. They are so good, prefectly sweet & sour- but gives you some healthy fiber to go with it ;) I wouldn't get the seedless ones, they aren't as satusfying, don't last as long, you just chew them & eat then & done. With the seeded ones, you suck on them to soften them up & they gently start coming apart in your mouth, releasing that delicious sweet & tart flavor along the way. When all the plum meat is gone, suck on the seed for s bit & spit it out. It last a good 10-15 minutes that way, instead of the seedless- which v are gone as soon as they hit your mouth. There is another variety I am trying to find, it is a slightly sweeter dried plum & those are delicious as well, if you can find them *(Asian markets carry them) , But, yes, they are yummy! I just wish they were cheaper, considering how many we go through in this house!

Way to salty
Not sure what is going on with this batch. Not sweet at all and double salty. It's like they mixed up the ingredients. Makes me sad as I usually eat about a pound a month of these. Maybe just a bad batch

Addicting if you get the right batch
This was very good and addicting snack. I had to order another bag. When the 2nd bag was delivered, I didn’t realize I purchased seedless, which was a pleasant surprise, it too was very good and also addicting. Before finishing the 2nd bag, I purchased 2 more bags, only to find the following two bags tasted completely off, too salty and just tasted awful. Unsure what happened but it was very unfortunate. I was going to keep ordering this item (it was addicting with the right combo of salty, sweet & sour) but now that I know it can be unpredictable, I don’t dare to take the risk.

i love li hing mui but these are SUPER salty. have some water ready.
i for some reason thought i was re purchasing the same li hing mui that i usually get on here. definitely not the same. these little plums have extra emphasis on salt. i can usually eat these like chips but these are so salty i wasn’t able to finish a single one. i’m sure ill get around to eating the rest but this is not what i meant to spend my money on. it’s good, it’s still li hing mui but i prefer to be able to eat one without chugging my water.

Very Good product
Very good, fresh flavor. Texture was nice. This is my second time buying fun then. I have not been disappointed. I will buy again.

Very fresh and tasty!
yesss its just what I've been craving for!! I used to eat these a lot when I was a teenager and I always buy them in the Asian markets in Los Angeles but now I live in the inland empire and I rarely take trips to LA now. After searching LI HING MUI in the Asian markets out in the inland empire I could never find them this was driving me crazy! so I decided to search for them online and after reading reviews on different vendors a lot of customers was saying the LI HING MUI was to salty or stale. I was afraid to order them online. until I read this one review on this vendor Asian trans & co and the customer review said it reminded them of the li hing mui in downtown LA that's when I knew these was the right one that I was also used to. So I ordered them and shipping was so fast they came in a few days. The plums was fresh and taste sooooo good!!! exactly like I remember when I used to eat them as a teenager. I'm so glad I can order them from here now instead on taking a trip to La which I was going to do if these didn't taste good haha
