Great waist trainer for the price. It fits well, is comfortable to wear, and definitely did the trick when it came to sweating during workouts. With consistent use, I noticed a nice trimming effect around my waist area. Solid quality at a good price point, I’m very happy with this purchase.

I bought this waist trimmer as part of a lightning deal. Here are my thoughts: Quality materials- the belt does not seem to be some cheap, low quality thing you could pick up at a dollar store. It feels solidly built. There is some wear where the velcro attaches to the belt that has me concerned. Time will tell if this is a valid concern. Easy to remove- I bought another belt from AZsport because I liked this one so much. I didn't realize how much of a luxury it is to simply peel this belt off until I tried the other one. Easy on, easy off! No smells- This doesn't have a horrible smell out of the package or after intense workouts. A major plus. The one advantage the AZsport has over the McDavid is the ability to produce sweat when not working out. I wore the McDavid during our normal weekly grocery shopping. When I took the belt off, there was no sweat or moisture on my stomach or the belt. With the AZsport belt, there is some moisture. This suggests to me that the AZsport works better for periods of rest/nonactivity while they work equally well during exercise. Warnings Do not wear this belt all day!! On the package it says 2 to 3 hours at most. Sometimes I go against their advice and wear it for two 2-3 hour periods in a day but there is a break in between and I drink plenty of fluids throughout. This belt could possibly dehydrate you without you even realizing it. Often while working out it doesn't seem like the belt is doing anything until I remove it and see it covered in sweat. Let the belt breathe. After a workout I made the mistake of leaving it in a gym bag. Huge mistake. When I took it out the next day for my workout, it still had all the sweat on it from the day before. Nothing like the feeling of cold sweat on your stomach to start a workout.

First of all this Item is a must have in my opinion if your trying to shred belly fat. After reading all the great reviews i went ahead and bought 3 of these. One for father who is 6'0, 265 pounds, one for a friend of mine who is 5'4, 115 pounds and one for myself that that weighed 175 pounds (5'9). I was a little worried that the waist trimmer would not fit in my dad since he had a pretty big belly and my female friend who is short and has a small wait line. Not only that but I wasn't sure it was even going to work at all. After receiving my waist trimmers I tried it on myself and also on my female friend and it fit perfectly. It raps once over my body and have a good foot in a half left over. Its super comfortable even when running and working out. I love how it keeps my core warm and sweating throughout my work outs. It makes me sweat like crazy! And after using this product for about 3 months I have nothing bad to say about it. Now let me go back to my father . Like I said my father is a big guy with a big belly. With the help of myself and my dad we barely managed to wrap this waist trimmer around him. I had to assist my dad for about a week to put it on and with the waist trimmer looks a bit small on him since he has a big belly. But after changing my father's diet and working him out we both managed to lose some weight and now the belt is fitting better on my dad. To conclude, anybody who is average size or even with a decent size belly and want something comfortable that will help you shred belly fat this is a must. As long as you change your diet and work out using this waist trimmer you'll see results quick and for the price you really can't beat this!

Non-slip against skin but slight movement if worn above fabric. Acts as good reminder to concentrate on core. Raises temperature around core area and improves workout. Helps with motivation. Cons: Be prepared for the rubberized smell that lasts for a few uses. Do not expect posture support. Traps moisture close to skin and continuous extended use may cause irritation. Atrracts moisture and takes a few hours to dry. Overall: Love the product. Good buy.

Believe me guys,This product has worked beyond my expectations.Its easy,safe and an effective way to be a part of your fitness regime.It made my torso sweat after 20 minutes of running and cycling combined.I would recommend to anyone who has stubborn fat to loose for.
