Mine looks nothing like the hat in the picture... It is a thin flaky hat with a Velcro strap in the back, not elastic. The propeller is also silver?

The one I received was made of very flimsy fabric & had a red plastic propeller. It did look similar to the picture, but very cheep looking. I didn't really care because it was a gag gift.

Does sold by 2 mean I get 2? Or I have to buy 2?

About what is the circumference of the adult hat? I'm not sure if I'm in the "one size fits most" range.

The adult size hat I received did not fit my 10 year old or any of the 25 other 10 year olds in his class. This is too small & would not fit an adult either. I don't have the exact measurements as we had to return it.
