Follow the measurement guide! It work!
Tighter than expected, I ordered the XL/XXL. I’m glad it was on the tighter side but is perfect for my intended use. I’m 5’ 143 lbs and have a rough 33 inch waist. I’m using it for after a c-section (2 weeks pp) and it’s perfect. It goes down to the scar and holds everything in place so I don’t feel like my guts are going to fall out. Flattering under clothes and flexible enough to bend in. The bottom will ride up a bit if sitting, but that’s to be expected.

Oh boy
So the first time I ordered this, I got a M/L.. lmao, I couldn't even get it over my hips, then tried to put it on over my head and it got stuck on my shoulders. YIKES. So I returned for a L/XL and it fit way better. Definitely SNATCHED my waist. I wasn't wearing it because I had a baby tho.. I just wanted something for my birthday dress and this worked! I'm 5'6, 145lbs, 41-29-40. I will say I couldn't wear this for an extended period on a empty stomach.. started to feel sick after hour 3, but it does do the job!

It's a TEN!
I have worn shapewear for 25 years. My favorite has been SQUEEM. Next would be TC Fine Lingerie. But, I'm in my 70's now and retired, so I don't need "heavy duty hold in my guts" anymore. Something wearable but supportive, easy to put on and take off" and this is IT!!!! This has become my favorite!! I'm 5'4" 115 lbs. Waist 30" Hips 37" and wear a size XS/SM.

Works well for support but bunches up if you're short,
For as expected per the waist sizing. A little hard to get on and off over the thighs though. I'm short (5 feet) and it bunches up because it is too long for me. So I can wear it around the house but won't be able to wear it u der a dress or clothes to go out. Does help support stomach and lower back. Would be nice if it came in a petite length.

Comfy and breathable
It is comfy and I don't get sweaty with it it is soft. I got an CO and XMl I weigh 186. I guessd my waist to be 30 to 33 inches the only thing is my back fat hangs out lol. So I will probably only wear this with baggie shirts. It actually really looks small I think its made in china. It's comfortable. Definaly follow your measurement sizes listed on their page.

Visible under clothes
I was debating whether to keep this or not, but it has good hold and I like that it just goes around the waist unlike some shape-wear. Unfortunately the boning is visible under tight clothing. But, if you just want to hold your belly in under a loose dress, this will work. For the price I decided it wasn't worth returning, but I wouldn't repurchase.

Nice product but not what I needed
It was a good price . Smooth my waist down but didn’t much In the line of inches off. Probably my mistake , found out later you need to used an under breast boned corset to take off inches. Getting an under breast one eliminated the confusion of cup fit along with corset size right . It all can get quite confusing.

Good product overall, just didn't work for me
I got this product for post partum. I am 9 months PP and this won't compress my lower abdomen enough. I still have a bump after putting this on. It did not work for me, I am returning it.
