It’s a good tool The problem I found with it is the way his formed this has three-quarter on the top and half inch on the bottom most piping is half-inch if you’re trying to work with this device in a corner where you don’t have much room it would be convenient for the half-inch to be on top and three-quarter on the bottom Now this is my only issue with the tool otherwise it appears well-made and sturdy

The GDHXW PEX Crimping Tool costs less than most of the other tools and it only crimps the fitting and does not have a cutting feature to remove the bands. It easily crimps 1/2" fittings. 3/4" fittings are more difficult, but easily doable. I have done a couple of hundred and none have leaked. However, 1" fittings is near impossible, or at least for an old man like me.

The 4 stars would be 5 if the ratchet testy weren’t plastic but they work

Features a locking or anti retract so once u start clamping on your fittings u don't lose the clamp. It's set just right so it engages with just a little pressure. That way u can get to hands on it to drive the connections home. I'm tough on tools and this works great.
