A must for your household of aching bones and muscles do not regret this purchase at all

I purchased this hot tank in 2019. The top assembly is plastic which started to deteriorate and crack in a star like fashion around the lid handle. Recently I lifted the tank to clean it and the top cracked at the side screw which almost caused a nasty spill. I contacted the manufacturer thru email and telephone to purchase a replacement lid assembly. I was told it was out of warranty (one year which I new), that no replacement parts were available, and that it was “obsolete “! The same hot tank is still listed on their website for sale as well as various other sites including this one. The lid is a weak link and I guess this otherwise perfectly good hot tank is disposable. Don’t buy!

Good price and work great

These are pictures of 2 different units. We have purchased 5 in the last year and have already had 2 replaced from the company. (We had to fight for the replacements) The first 2 , temperature gauge panels separated from the unit and water would drip in where the wires are. The latest issue is all of the lids are falling apart and actually have cracked. Nothing touches these. There is no reason that this should happen.

After 6 months, the unit stopped working. It is supposed to have a one year warranty. We have called 4 times and emailed but have gotten no response.

I purchased two of these units for my massage practice from a different online retailer. Shortly after the warranty expired both lids began to crack and eventually deteriorated completely. The front panel with the temperature controller has also begun to crack causing the whole front panel to stick out a bit. Contacted the seller who directed me to the manufacturer. The manufacturer neither acknowledged the issue nor bothered to reply to two emails. Now I need to replace both units and will be choosing one that is ALL stainless.

The relief pack heating unit came in perfect condition and was well packed. It started heating right up and so far has given me no problems at all. Very glad I purchased it:)
