Wrist and hand don’t hurt as much
This roller is really only good for long lap runs. Because of the angle of it you really can’t do any detail work, which is fine. For doing laps it is great, I definitely feel the difference with less strain in my wrist and hand when I use this. I guess it works good for rolling in walls too

Save your wrist and buy this
This is a great roller as well. I also bought the BON 19-130, You need to have at least a couple of good quality rollers. I like this one because it is ergonomically correct.

It saves your wrist but watch out forearm you’ll look like Popeyes the sailor man after awhile no good for detailing and awful expensive and bulky to carry around just for seams and stripping in stuff
