Good pouch, had to rein in the velcro a bit to make it usable though
Solid, nicely sized pouch. Easily holds basic trauma kit and everyday first aid odds and ends. My only issue is that the velcro is so strong that you tend to release the molle strap pop studs and end up holding the entire unit rather than just the pouch as intended.
