I just got it and tonight I was having painful sinus pressure. I opened the Sinus Blitz up and applied it topically on the bridge of my nose, on my cheeks and my temples. It was almost am immediate release of the pressure I was having and the loosening of my sinuses. Awesome for a first use!!

good bark but weak bite
not nearly as good as sinus doctor, but way less expensive. Next time I will be shelling out for sinus doctor though, as this is much less effective for my situation.

Relieves sinus pressue and headache . Will always keep on hand. Works well in the bedside humidfier. Just a few drops.
