Precise Portions Microwavable Dinner Set with White Porcelain Chip Resistant Diet Control Dinnerware

I ordered this set of dishes in an effort to help my family make better portion- control choices. This set of dishes is stylish and seems well-made. The design is pretty and cleverly designed to help one identify where portion measurements are without using a nesting cup (measuring cup). There are a good number of pieces in the set. The only thing I feel I’m missing is coffee cups. I like the written guides included with the dishes. It’s not cheap or easy to live a healthy lifestyle. This set of dishes is helpful to anyone trying to make better choices. This plate set and reducing large portions is likely cheaper than any disease one might develop from over-eating. I feel good about using these plates. No “eye-balling”, no guessing (I’m not good at either). I’m grateful to have help that doesn’t seem like judgement. I would repurchase and recommend.

I got my dishes today and one of the sets is missing a desert plate. So, I have a choice. Either I drag a box that is huge and twice heavy than myself to UPS or contact Amazon and ask to replace one set or just buy another set of overpriced Chinese quality porcelain. I did try to contact the seller but could not find this option in my order history.Overall, the dishes look lame, not like on picture at all. They rather look like from IKEA or Target, quiet ordinary dishes. I give a credit for good idea behind dieting though. It should really help those who can't control urge to 'eat the last bite.' But overall, I am extremely frustrated with my purchase.
