Very easy to set up. Under 5 min. Works perfect with the black flame pitching machine. Of course with my luck plus one of my sons knack for hitting the ball up the middle the ball still found the small opening in net used by machine to pitch the ball and nailed me right in the knee on a line drive. I mean what’s the odds right? For me twice in 2 days. Prob won’t ever happen to you but me lol of course. I need to play the lottery. Still great net for the price.

As of now, I have had no issues with this net. I use it with and without the pitching machine that its intended for. It sets up relatively quick, like 3 to 5 minutes. Just make sure that if you’re pitching without the machine, make sure that the Velcro access for the machine is on the opposite side of you just in case there’s a line drive heading into that direction. I have not had that issue yet, but that would maybe be my only worry about the screen.

I strongly do NOT recommend this product, especially for families with kids. I was injured during the very first setup. While assembling the net, tiny fiberglass-like splinters from the material got embedded into my hand. The pain was immediate and quite intense. It caused irritation and made it difficult to use my hand for several days, and it took about a week to gradually heal. This is not just a quality issue — it’s a serious safety hazard. ⚠️ Key problems: Fibers/splinters shed from the net material Can easily embed into skin during normal handling Painful and difficult to remove Caused injury on first use (during setup) Because of this, I returned the product immediately. A product like this should be safe even during assembly — unfortunately, this one is not. I would strongly advise others, especially parents, to avoid it and keep it away from kids.

The net is great but the bag came with the stitching ripped and a hole in it. We would love a new bag to be sent

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Value for money, good height for our pitching machine. Perfect for what it’s meant for. We give it 4 stars because it must be fiberglass poles beware when you touch it, you will get fiberglass slivers in your fingers everywhere. Should probably wear gloves on your hands when putting together or moving it.

Purchased for our indoor batting cage and it works well. Where it’s being used in the basement we couldn’t use the stakes so I put a couple of 10lb weights on each side to help keep it in place.
