Old Man Emu2934 Coil

Installed on my 2000 Jeep Cherokee Sport (XJ). Very comfortable ride. Big improvement over stock. I got 4.5 inches of lift out of them. You will need 1 (one) ARB OMEJGF10 Old Man Emu Suspension Bushing to go along with them. The coil springs are about a 1/2 inch difference in height. The shorter one goes on the passenger side regardless if it's left hand or right hand drive. The spacer will even them out. Used them on a 98 XJ because they give 1" over the 2" lifted springs they list for an XJ.Was worried they maybe too harsh as XJs are lighter thank V8 ZJs...my mind is boggled, these not only have a better and smoother ride than my worn out originals, but severely smoother ride than any lifted coil I've used...including Rancho, RE, Procomp and SkyJacker.

Yes I know these are technically the OME light duty springs for the V8 ZJ Grand Cherokee BUT they absolutely work well with on a XJ Cherokee too. I paired these springs with a set for CS033RA XJ Cherokee leafs in back and got a easy 3 inches with these new springs and just one normal set of coil isolators. They do ride a bit stiffer on the 4.0 XJ because they're V8 ZJ springs, but they give you a bit extra lift over the normal OME XJ Coils. Definitely the right purchase to lift your XJ Cherokee!

Worked great on my 1998 Jeep Cherokee XJ. Installation was a breeze and fit perfectly. It leveled out the Jeep to a 3 inch lift all around with the heavy duty OME leafs in the rear. The ride was slightly softer then the XJ 1.5inch lift coils from OME but still great quality you would expect from Old Man Emu.

Use with 2" coil spacers on a 2001 XJ with the CS033RA leafs and 2" shackles to get over 4" of lift.
