Mad sharp
Way sharp. And razor thin. Great to peel potatoes and cut up a heckin’ amount of veggies and fruit. For a bit. But then they dull. I don’t know if a wet stone will bring back the edge or not. I’m gonna try. Until then they open up plastic bags like you wouldn’t believe. So I don’t think I’ll buy them again. Unless I can put an edge back on them. Of course then I won’t need to buy again. Edit: I use these daily. I am able to get a good edge on them with my sharpener. Well pleased.

Very sharp
Took a class for Thai fruit and veggie carving. This is exactly what was used. Very sharp be careful.

Sharp and comfortable!
I’ve tried many knives over the years, even some very expensive ones, but Kiwi are just great. Super sharp, light and comfortable in hand, and can’t beat the price. The metal holds an edge well and is easy to hone/re-sharpen when needed. These little knives are perfect for peeling/preparing fruits and veggies.
