My dogs absolutely love this stuff! It's a bit stinky but that's probably why they love the taste! Some nights I make it into a broth to add to their kibble or add some broth to their Toppls. I also sometimes use just a little of the powder on some carrots for them to chew on. My boys have never gotten sick or has diarrhea from it. I'm guessing the dogs that got sick from it either have sensitive stomachs, or they had too much at once instead of easing into it. Maybe use less powder to water ratio to start with. My dogs get half a cup divided between them on their kibble. One is a 70 lb and the other is a 25 lb, 4 month old puppy. The powder doesn't always want to mix fully. It likes to keep tiny clumps in it whether it's warm or cold water, and no matter what I use to mix it with. They don't seem to mind.

One of my favorite things about this product is the ingredient list. It’s made with only five natural ingredients, which gives me peace of mind knowing my dogs aren’t consuming unnecessary fillers or artificial additives. The broth has also been very gentle on their stomachs. I expected a bit of digestive upset the first time they tried it but they tolerated it perfectly with no issues at all. It’s incredibly easy and quick to prepare. I especially love that it comes in a powder form, which makes it convenient to store and simple to take with us when we travel with the dogs. Lastly, this broth is very affordable for the quality you’re getting. Between the clean ingredients, ease of use and how much my dogs enjoy it, this is a product I’ll continue to purchase.

My fur babies love this stuff! They see the cannister and come running. It was recommended for my mixed-breed Chihuahua, who was suffering from a collapsed trachea. It did help with her digestion by making her food soft, which helped to stop her post-meal persistent cough. A small amount to drink throughout the day and 1/4 teaspoon mixed into hot water in her food kept her post-meal cough-free. The dosing directions should be followed closely to prevent bouts of diarrhea. The final texture is thin and watery with a slight yellow tinge, parsley bits, and small chunks of whitish bits. The smell is pleasant and smells surprisingly like human beef bone broth :) Packaging says it is human quality & safety grade.

Our German Shepherd seemed to enjoy this beef broth and we liked it because we were able to add the product to a very short list of foods/brands that he has no allergic reactions to whatsoever. It’s simple to prepare by whisking it together with warm water. We decided to use it as a kibble pour over, so we would add about 2 teaspoons of the dry beef broth powder to his bowl of dry kibble (1.5 cups) before adding approximately 1.25 cups of warm (53c or 127f) water. Then I would gently whisk the mixture all together with some chopsticks and the beef broth powder consistently dissolved. One mild inconvenience I experienced with this product is that due to the design of the container, it was challenging to extract the last little bit of powder. Overall this is a fantastic broth brand that we recommend and would purchase again in the future with one caveat: if there is a larger volume container available, we may opt for that one.

I was nervous to try this. My dog is extremely picky but I need something to help his bad legs and help get in the nutrients he needs and slip in other items. It is so easy to make and must taste great cause my super picky eater ate it. It worked so well to mixed with his glucosamine and put his treats in that hold his medication. I wish the price was a bit cheaper but this is the best price compared to other brands and size also. I will continue to buy this because it is helping with so many things I am using it for my big dog every once in awhile.

I bought this because of the reviews and star rating. I guess my fur baby is a picky eater, she did not like this at all. It states it is safe for dogs, but there are some things even though rating is good, she will sniff it, look up at me and walk away. Sad.

Definitely a worthy buy, and a travel essential.
