As a 54 yr old woman with arthritic pain in my knees back and hips who hasn't been in shape in a long while, this thing is perfect. My husband and granddaughter use it too. If you are an avid athlete or work out all the time you might say it doesn't work but for a couch potato such as me it works great. Easy exercises dvd, instructions and I put it together all by myself. I've been using it for a week now and it's great. Highly recommend to buy the additional back rollers though as it's a little uncomfortable with just 1 roller. But I love it still.

Disliked that you were not told up front that in order to do a lot of the exercises you need the accessories

This product is hurting our backs and is not helpful. We want to return it. Please contact me and create a return label. It may have been delivered on June 28th but we were gone and then had to put it together. It hurts to use it and if unable to return I would like to file a complaint for the health issues it has created.

It’s a little awkward 2 use, but I think I need to get use to it.

Waste of money

I do not like the fact that the roller on the right side of the abdu'r continues to fall off while I'm using the machine . Because of this I can't use an doer.

For even older people with arthritic joints the seated work outs let you stay with it flexibility and fitness improvement is noticeable from the very beginning.

Squeaky after a week. Not good for tall people. Only goes so high
