Scar gel cream not bad...

This scar gel is a great product. And I rarely write Amazon reviews, but I really want people who are considering of buying this product to hear my experience: I've had acne scars and chicken pock scars for about 8+yrs now, they look like really dark spots scattered all around my back. It's ugly - I've never worn anything backless and I hate going to beaches because I don't want anyone seeing the scars. Over the years, I've spent a lot of money and time trying to exfoliate and heal my back but NOTHING worked. Cream, serum, scrubs, acidic moisturize etc. etc., nothing. The final resolution seemed like laser scar removal...When I bought this scar gel, I thought I was wasting money again and didn't expect it to work at all. But I am so surprised by the result!! I use it once a day after showering (instruction recommends twice a day but I don't have time before night to apply it) and am half way or 70% into the bottle now, the dark spots are still visible but the color has faded significantly. My back has also become smoother and less pimples have grown since.The scar gel is also a great light moisturize for people who have combination type skin like I do.I wish I took before pictures to upload it here but I honestly did not think the gel would work so I did not even bother. I plan on repurchasing this product and exploring Body Merry's other scar products in the near future. Hope this review helped with your decision:)

I never take the time out to write reviews but I was so happy with this product. It works!!!!!!!!!!! 2 times a day just rub it over your scars. I am African American so it works on brown girls!!! My scars were black and I'm 31. I have had these scars since I was like 15 and younger. I was always so self conscious because of my legs different size scars everywhere. Now I am wearing short dresses and shorts!!!! You will see results in like 2 weeks and then you keep going and they are literally disappearing!!!!

Update - Would not recommend this product at all. When initially using this I had high hopes based on both the reviews of others and what I believed to be progress. However, several months later the scars are still visibly red, which I think look worse than before. Honestly wish I had waited for my body to completely heal itself before trying this product if anything it left me with a scar. (Sept/Oct 2018)Original - I'm currently testing this on a 2wk old scar. So far it has not irritated the area, one scar is almost gone completely and the other 2 are light red/pink. I'll update this review once it's healed more. (May/June 2018)

I have a 3 inch long scar on my upper arm from having a a cancerous mole removed 4 years ago. Scar turned into a keloid to make matters worse, so it raised up and widened. Had many injections to flatten it out but still looked red and ugly. Tried lots of remedies, creams, gels, tapes, etc.Thought I’d give this gel a try and am amazed how much smoother my scar got after just one week of use. I’ve been using it twice a day for a few weeks now and notice the color of the scar is lighter as well. I’m not expecting a miracle and the scar to disappear but at least now I can put a bit of make up on the scar and it’s barely noticeable. Will definitely buy this again, especially since it’s not that expensive.

I have acne prone, oily skin and have not been able to find a product that could fade my scars fast enough for me to notice. This product has shown results after only a few days. I picked a bump that left a scar and after 5 days the scar was completely gone. I highly recommend this product.
