Excellent
Esther Peter is brilliant. Both of these books are critically important. As a mental health therapist and a woman recovering from betrayal, The State of Affairs resonated so strongly with me. She sheds light on so many important aspects of infidelity and relationships.

Hetero problems
This is a good book for straight people who are coping with infidelity. Not so good for people looking to explore open relationships.

Esther is just so insightful. I love her podcast and she writes how she speaks. She’s eloquent and methodical when she talks. She’s the best friend we all need! If you’re married, read these!

I'm obsessed with Esther Perel's ted talks and was looking forward to exploring her philosophy. These books are just amazing, her writing is powerful and effective. I can't recommend these books enough.

A must read for those who want to move beyond the previous generation norms to an open minded and more successful life relationships. Would recommend if you have teenage children moving on to romantic relationships
