Maples Rugs Florence Area Rugs for Living Room & Bedroom [Made in USA], 7 x 10, Blue

I wouldn't have thought of Amazon as being a place to buy throw rugs, although I don't know why I didn't. I had checked out my usual stores and couldn't find anything I liked so came here and found these which are exactly what I wanted! They have a nice non-skid backing on them which is a necessity. I have one in front of my sink and one to hopefully catch any dirt still remaining on anyone's feet after coming through my back door. I was afraid they would look faded but they don't. They are a pretty blue print and I really like them. I also have washed them on the quick perm press cycle, cold water wash and two cold water rinses. That's how I wash all my rubber-backed rugs. I dried them on low in my dryer and they came out beautifully! Highly recommend them!

The rugs don't match in color. One was very dark brown and the other is a medium brown. They look awful in the same room. Otherwise they're ok. --- after working with Amazon to return the unmatched rugs, I am changing my rating from 2 stars to 5 stars. The original shipment included one brown rug and one gray rug (even through the sticker said brown). After seeing both, I went with the gray (which is much more like a light gray/brown). Amazon was easy to work with and the two new rugs that both match look wonderful in my kitchen. I am very happy with this purchase, and how Amazon provided great customer service!

I HATE to give bad reviews. It is one thing to be out the money you paid for a product and another thing for it to cause damage. Since having these rugs, my Roomba had stopped parking itself and with every cleaning, the fibers from these rugs were wrapped around one of the brush spindles. So I thought maybe a super duper thorough vacuuming with my Oreck would get rid of the loose fibers. Unfortunately, the more fibers that pulled up just pulled up that many more so that the rug was fuzzy with these fibers. I checked the brush spindle of my Oreck and it was wrapped with these fibers. I spent a good 15 minutes pulling them out. My return window has closed so I am out the money for the rugs. They are not worth ruining my Roomba and/or my Oreck. In all fairness to this company, I have an older rug of theirs that has not done this but it is made from a different fiber.

I’ve had this rug for about 8 months and it has held up very well. The second week I had it, I dropped a glass jar of pasta sauce (you know, puréed tomatoes with TONS OF OIL), and figured it was already ruined. I took it right into the bathtub and ran cold water over the area (~8” diameter) that was soaked in sauce, and EVERYTHING just rolled right off it! I couldn’t believe it, but they must treat the fabric with some kind of Scotchguard or something? Very highly recommend!

I love the colors and the overall geometric design. It truly pulls my kitchen together. I have dark wood, grey walls, sand tiles and counters along with both brushed silver and black appliances. This was the perfect decorative piece that married the whole look together.I also bought it because it is thin enough to throw in washing machine as needed. Carpet loops are tight yet soft to touch. Great rugs.

Great rug; almost twice as thick as the ones sold in box stores. So far it has not "walked" across the floor like some others we have used; great holding power due to backing used. Increased thickness of the rug should help it to last longer.Will update as needed.

Bought a carpet pad to go under this but no need! Stays in place just fine! Have to have my dog really race and slide into it to make it move. Looks like it won’t show dirt which is obviously a great factor since I have in our entryway

The carpet will slide a little but it isn't bad. I am using it in my kitchen. The carpet is very thin and feels cheap, not soft but it is OK until I can find something better. I purchased the brown and the color and design look the same as the picture. I won't be purchasing this again, I don't feel it is worth the money paid, very cheaply made and very thin.
