Nice little tool for people with sinus problems
Easy to use. Quite spiffy and well-organized. I hate putting anything up my nostrils, but this is acceptable and it works.

Not for severely problematic sinuses
I have severe sinus issues. I've had 3 sinus surgeries - turbinate reduction, polyp removal, scar tissue removal... Chronic polyps, rhinitis, crusting, severe allergies, you name it. I have to do irrigations on a daily basis with steroid additives.This thing really doesn't have that much pressure at all, honestly... I had high hopes for it. I'm not sure why the reviews are so good or why it costs so much. I returned this after one use because I felt that I get better results from the neil med bottle.For someone with just some seasonal allergies, this might be beneficial, but I wouldn't say much more so than a neti pot or neil med bottle.

Anything is better than the Grossman product
The wand tip can be easily broken from the wand. This is a delicate machine.Why haven't the manufacturer fixed this defect? I can not believe that I am the only one who noticedthis defect. What else is going to break if you carry it around?

Highly recommended
This product just works. Using it on a daily basis helps me avoid colds and stuffy sinuses due to allergies. Regulating the water pressure clears the sinuses and works far better than my Neti pot I've used for years. Carrying case is great when using it on the go. Highly recommended.
