Excellent vegan/vegetarian D3 supplement at a great price
My daughter and husband were diagnosed with vitamin D deficiencies, so taking a supplement is a must. Finding the right one can be hard for those who are vegan, as most vitamin D products come from animal sources. Forest Leaf D3 is suitable for vegetarians/vegans, and it's easy enough even for my husband to swallow (he is horrible about taking pills!). Also, Forest Leaf is a great company - a small business that focuses on sustainability, high-quality ingredients, and health. And they work! Great vegetarian vitamin D3 supplement
I’ve been taking these capsules for around a year for low vitamin D levels. I like these capsules because they are vegetarian (no gelatin) and they have a simple, clear ingredient list. I’ve had no issues swallowing the capsules and there’s been no weird aftertastes. I think the 5000 IU dose works well since it gives me easy control over my dosage. My vitamin D levels have increased, as measured by my doctors’ lab tests, so they seem to be working.

Great value!
Dr said I am vitamin D deficient and said I needed to take a supplement. I started taking these a month ago and honestly it's too early to say if my levels are where they need to be however, I do notice I no longer have stiff shoulder and neck muscles. So, could be due to this vitamin OR since I started sleeping without a pillow! Anyway, I would recommend this product. Great value for the 6 month supply!
