Stability and comfort are key!
We had tried the Dexcom patches for our grade school-aged son's G6 CGM but they were always peeling off by day two of his sensor placement. Our diabetic educator recommended Simpatch and we have been THRILLED with the stability and comfort. They move with his skin instead of pulling at it, and they don't leave awful red spots like the other patches we've tried. We find that in the summer months they do tend to wear faster due to the nature of his activity and all the time in the pool, but never before the 8th or 9th day. We either trim around the edges and put medical tape on or another patch over the top and it works just fine. His only complaint is that he wishes there were more colors, but overall they are a five star product.

Keeps everything in place and fun color options are a plus
I wanted something to make sure my G6 sensor started in place, including a strap across the top for "safekeeping." I've never used patches like these before but they do the trick. They stay in place the full 10 days, no problem. I use the G6 shield as an additional safety measure; and while these do fit I admit it can be challenging to stretch them over the shield, especially if you place your sensor on your arm and are putting the patch on one handed.I got the idea of placing the patch around the shield before putting the shield on, and applying both at the same time is much easier: the shield fits easily around the sensor and I just pat down the patch.Fun colors are a plus!

Finally something that doesn't bother my skin!
I have tried these patches for the last few weeks and I'm amazed each time that the adhesive works as well as it does AND does not cause my skin to blister or itch and burn. They lasted the full 10 days and didn't fray at the edges or anything. For reference, cloth and regular Band-Aids cause my skin to blister after a day or two. Tegaderm and IV 300 dressings also cause my skin to burn in the coverage area and the edges to get rashy and develop blisters within 24 hrs. The Simpatch is a lifesaver for me!

Was expecting it to stick better
I was excited when someone suggested these for my dexcom. The first two times they started to come off within days, the attached picture is the one we placed today. I have mine placed on my arm and my husband put its on for me. I haven't showered or gotten it wet and it's already coming off. The clear patches that come with my dexcom stick better. Its frustrating because yoi can't even pull it off to replace it or you might pull out your needle wasting the device.

We absolutely love Simpatch products! This photo is literally on day 10 of her dexcom sensor life. As you can see no fraying and no lifting, even with the crease from her helping me apply it! Highly recommend and we have actually did the subscription! Thickness of patch is great, not see thru like the previously purchased and horrible GrifGrips:( adhesive is great, no reactions to the glue, no lifting or fraying, and I love that there is stretch to allow me to maneuver the patch over the sensor. Please please please keep up the great work!

After losing three sensors in a week, this has put me back in business.
After 3 Dexcom sensors were yanked out in a week, I was ready to give up. Dexcom was gracious enough to to send me new sensors and said they would send patches but they never arrived. I tried these out and I’m happy so far. I’ve showered and taken a bath without any issues so far. I love knowing my blood sugar all the time. So far this has worked great.

Don't like these as much because of the strap over the transmitter.
Simpatch is a great product and there wasn't anything wrong with what I bought, I personally just do not like the strip that goes over the transmitter. I feel like it caused the adhesive area around the transmitter to pull up a little bit. No big problem, I just wouldn't buy the style with the strip again.

Great for the G6!
This is the best patch we’ve used so far. I was having many issues with my daughter’s Dexcom G6 sensor not lasting the full 10 days. The first time we used this patch was the first time in months that a sensor lasted as it was supposed to. The patch also has really strong adhesive. Even though my daughter was swimming everyday, the patch stayed on pretty well. Around day 6 it started to roll up just a little but still did the job. I’m impressed with this patch!
