My new favourite thong on the world. I've lost inches from my waist and I've gone down a dress size in a month. I've now bought one in size 10-12 and my husband and work colleagues have commented on how much weight I appear to have lost. Even the stretch marks on the top of my hips have improved! I put coconut oil on before I wear it and this helps it melt into my skin

Advice: Measure not only your waist around but also you torso. As this item was too long for me and had a slight odd fit to it on me.Also I used this item overnight without taking it off and wore it for more than a few days straight.I got scars from it in the end.So I'm just saying if you feel discomfort and itching, take it off immediately.I wouldn't recommend wearing it for as long as I did...it didn't exactly help to maintain a shape and just felt uncomfortable. The reason I wore it that long was because I wanted to progress fast in reducing the size of my waist. As the first time I put this waist trainer on it was hard to get it on quickly.

Love these I wear mines while out running I do wear I slighter bigger one for working out to allow good workout and I have a really tight one I wear for around the house and doing light day to day things. They make you sweat lots around the waist. The color is fab too. Arrived in good time. It fits the way I expected. I wear a 12-14 and that's what I ordered and fits snug the way I like them too.

Brilliant quality! Sizing is a bit off. I'm a size 8 so I got the 6-8 and it's loose even on the last hook as in photos!Can use for workouts so it ain't gonna go to waste. Gonna order a smaller size for throughout the day. Colour is beautiful😍❤️

I love this, feels high quality, incredibly comfortable for something that has bones in and looks the part too. I originally purchased a small, and now I am moving onto a xs. I have been using this on and off for a month. I do like the idea of it waist training, but I use this more for posture, as I feel this forces me to sit straight. Worth the money!

Absolutely fab! Couldn't quite get it to go on, initially and with some struggle managed outer clasps, but I'm now on the inner clasps one month later and looking to buy the smaller one now. Just amazing under dresses for a great shape. Incredible well made and managed to contain all my flab very effectively and reduce my waist over time. Yay!!

I really love this product, it makes my waist look a lot smaller. It's not the most comfortable thing to wear and it takes a while to get used to it. I am pretty tall (5'9") and i still found it a bit long, it does rub in my hip bones and under my boobs a bit. I am size S (thin but with a pretty big waistline for my frame) and i got it in size XS since i read a review saying you should buy it in the size you want to be. It turned out to be a good advice. It helps a lot with my constant back pain too. You can see in the before and after pictures what a difference it makes.
