I’ve had back problems all my life, along with terrible posture. Over the last two week I’ve worn it for about 20-30 mins a night and I felt a different after day one!!It’s supportive, and give it time and I’m sure I’ll be in perfect posture. Fallow the directions, never use it more than 2 hours a day or you will become dependent of it!I wear size L/XL shirts so I ordered the largest size and it fits comfortably, it’s soft and comfortable and it’s good quality material. Definitely feeling it pull my shoulders back so I’m not slouching. I’m excited for what the future hold!!

Good support, definitely improves posture! Comfortable to wear with the added waist support.

This product is ok, not completely as expected. Easy to put on, but it constantly rises up, so you are having to pull it down to your waste, and after a time the shoulder straps start to cut into your armpits. I can wear it for a couple of hours, but I end up taking it off, because it becomes uncomfortable.

Great deal. I was worried about it not fitting, but it is true to size. I do for sure feel like it straightens my posture. It was uncomfortable the first time, just because I had to get used to not slouching, but now it feels great!! Definitely worth it!

I purchased this for one of my friends suffers from really bad posture. I found myself constantly tapping him to stand straight. I did a quick search and the reviews for this particular posture corrector seemed quite good. He's had it for about 2 month now and I can certainly tell the difference. It works and is comfortable. It took me a while to figure out how to wear it but i consulted the photo. This is not light weight but if u r in pain u wont care u will just be glad it works.

This back brace is perfect for posture. Has a tight grip which forces the spine to be up straight.
