With this gas range protectors, I ended the painful life of cleaning my stove to keep it clean every day. Yes, it is painful.They fit my stovetop nicely,if the oil stain or puree falls on it, I just need to wipe it off with a duster. I didn't use the dishwasher.I think it would be more convenient to use the dishwasher to clean it. All in all, it saved me a lot of time to keep the kitchen clean, I will use it all the time.

I purchased this liner to cover my gas range top and reduce cleaning pain. No surprise there. I am happy with the purchase but I had some initial concerns and questions which you may also share ...1. HOW GOOD OF A FIT WOULD THIS BE FOR MY GAS RANGE ?: There is nothing standard about the shape and size of gas cooker tops. Mine is a 5-burner top with the main burner area measuring about 24" x 18". Each of these liners measures 10 5/8 x 10 5/8. To get a fit and the type of "clean look" i was looking for, i had to do some cutting. Nothing difficult here if you have a little patience and own a pair of scissors. My main objective was to get the liners to sit properly, cover as much surface as possible and not move around. So in addition to sizing (with scissors) the inner circle to fit my burner outlets, I trimmed down (using a box cutter) and folded up the outer edges of the liner to form more of "bucket" shape around the edges. To reduce movement, I stapled adjacent pieces together where they overlapped with each other. It may be difficult to visualize all this so see the attached pictures. Long story short, I was able to create a fit which looks "custom enough" for my gas range. Not difficult if you don't mind a little cutting, shaping and stapling.2: IS THIS PRODUCT A FIRE HAZARD ?: Description says the liner is heat resistant but not fire-proof. Well, I wasn't sure what that meant. Not that I am planning to use the liner to grill steak over an open flame. But I needed to know how combustible the liner really was. So I cut a strip and held it directly in the path of an open flame. Glad to report that it did not burst into flames. For easily 15 seconds, the strip did not even burn. When it started to burn, it was a slow flame around the edges. So the product IS flammable. But my experiment was enough to assure me that by using the product as recommended by the seller (and by following common sense) the liner would not go up in a wild blaze. Regardless, still keeping my kitchen fire extinguisher where it is -always a good idea!3: WILL IT LAST ?: That i don't know yet. I am posting this review a week after installing the liners and so far so good. No melting and no deterioration. But time will tell. I will be sure to come back and make updates if the liner does not hold up.

I hate hate hate cleaning under the burners of my gas stove so I love these! They're nice and slick so a quick rinse under the faucet and they are good as new. They were easy to trim with ordinary scissors- just take your time, center them and mark your cuts. They seem like they'll hold up pretty well.

I hate cleaning my stove top. The glass part I can handle, but it's the area around the burners that make me want to scream. My husband, the chef, has little regard for cleanup (he doesn't do it) so he leaves any spills for me as a cleaning challenge. I think I had tried almost every cleaning product on the market, trying to tackle the burned on residue. Finally I saw these on Amazon and decided to give them a whirl. And you know what? It's worked. I simply remove these and wipe with a damp cloth. Wala! All the crud is gone. I gave the product a 4 rather than a 5 because it took some cleverness on my part to trim the interior and the perimeter to fit the area. It was easy to trim the interior edges, but the exterior edges look more like I farmed the task out to a five year old with safety scissors. (Okay, it really doesn't look that bad.) If I replace these at some point in the future, I may just leave the exterior edges alone and deal with it. No matter what, these have made cleanup a breeze.

This product will definitely make cleaning my stovetop easier. It doesn't look the greatest because you have to cut the individual squares to fit your stovetop and they will overlap in some areas and not cover other areas, but they do the trick. It would be nice to have different patterns to choose from where the cover is all one sheet and you are able to cut the holes according to the location of your burners, but I know that burner location is not standardized between all the different stovetop models available and that would significantly increase the cost of the product. Anyway, 6 sheets come in a package. They are relatively easy to cut. There is no sticky back - these are meant to be set on top of range and lift off so you can rinse or wash in your kitchen sink. Like I said, they are not pretty, but I'd rather have that than the sometimes significant effort it can take to clean the stovetop.

These are ok, just now what I was expecting. Cleaning them isn't too bad. I have to use water, detergent and a scrubbing brush. Installing them for my stove was extremely annoying. They are very large. Cutting a whole and trimming is a job to me. I thought these would make cleaning the stove easier, but ai still have to get under these and scrub. So the stove and these need cleaning. I don't know maybe I thought they were for that when they are probably intended for burn protection instead.

This is a great concept. The product is great but the sizing is very odd. So you have to cut the center to make it fit your stove, but then you will have spaces in between if you own a normal stove. Si when stove gets dirty you still have to clean the center on the stove.They are super easy to clean, things like dry milk or soup, or thjng that take for ever to clean in the stove this things will make it really easy, just take them of a quick wash and you are done... but you have the center piece of the stove that is not coverd plus the places where your cut this things wrong and fiod will get there.

These do not work if you don't have a completely flat surface. I bought these to use on my gas range which has round and bowl shaped burner pans. I thought they were more flexible than they are but they are very thin and stiff and cannot be pushed into any shape. So if you have a completely flat surface I think this will work for you.
