Issue
Please advise: The current issue I got is un event heat between the top plate and bottom plate. Basically 1 side cooked ( brownish ) faster than the other side. What can cause the issue and what can I do to fix this.

Does not make good waffles at all!
Does not work as written in the description! The waffles do not get crisp also!

Awesome!!
It works great , haven’t put it to the test at a event but we did make a bunch for practice in our kitchen and it works awesome. There’s a little learning curve on how long to cook them and how to roll a cone but it’s fun!!
