This is a great product with none of the junk thats added to many vitamins, although it does contain lactose. I advise doing research on how much vitamins d to give your child. My son was taking it on the norm and it caused vomiting with no other symptoms. This is a tell that there is too much vitamin d in take.

Good product. After getting approval from our doctor, we used this as an added supplement to bring my daughters IU up to 600 for vitamin D for a short period of time. Happy with this product.

My child doesn't mind this supplement at all.
We have another medication he takes under his tongue as a dissolvable. We do the frunutta and his other medication at the same time and he doesn't mind it at all. It quickly dissolves under his tongue and we've had no issues.

I had a hard time finding this dosage for my son. These pills dissolve easily and are small.
