Bad Packaging but Item Works Very Well
The only thing that I do not like is the small box it came in. The mfr put it in a box with white letters on a yellow background. Duh!!? Just include a printed instruction sheet or a QR. At the same time, it works very well and seems to be very accurate.

My wife of 55 years, and I have around 65 house plants growing throughout our house. These range from eight-foot tall Avocados to moss. Every one has it's own light, soil, and moisture conditions. This meter will allow you to check all of these conditions in seconds instead of hours. Ideal for large gardens like ours!

Dont waste your money
I place this at least 4 inches into the ground the the needle never moved for the Ph meter or the moisture meter, but worked on sunlight meter. I though maybe it is just the one spot so I tried several other places in my yard and I have 6 acres, so I have plenty of choices to choose from, and I got the same results. A couple of days later, after a big rain I tried the meter again and got the same results. Only the light guage moved the needle. Please dont waste your time or money with this purchase.

I was a chronic over waterer. I bought this and it helped immensely. Now when in doubt I check.

Works well, as far as I can tell
I don't have any way to gauge how accurate it is, but it seems to respond appropriately to changes. I mainly wanted it to test the pH of my new digs.

All you need is the water part. I prefer that model.

So far so good!
I was worried about the reading as some people have complained about others not working but this is working good so far and I’ve had it for maybe two months. Sure using your finger is great,, but sometimes I want to know whats going on in the deep pots especially with my Monstera being so thirsty all the time. It’s a good way to see if I’m deep watering. As for the light meter, it works. It could be better but it definitely did help me in where to put my plants for optimum growth. So far my babies and my succulents are so happy and growing. A great buy!!
