LACOR Garinox Saucepan, Stainless Steel, Silver, 16 cm

This is a good quality saucepan but much smaller than I expected. The 14cm pan that I received is only 12cm across the base, the 14cm refers to the top of it. So if you need a pan to fit your hob top, order one 2cm larger. The pan itself is very nice.

I wanted a small pan mainly for simply cooking single portions of vegetables, so no need for a pouring lip or non-stick interior, and not specifically a milk pan which most seem to be sold as. I didn’t want to pay £15+ either. This fitted the bill exactly. It’s a nice weight and a few weeks later, it is proving to have been a good buy for me. I wouldn’t expect signs of wear at this early stage but it does still look pristine and other pans I’ve had did discolour slightly after a few uses. I don’t need any more pans, but if I did I would likely buy this (or from this range) again.

Lovely sturdy saucepan BUT! supposed to be size 16cm and it is not, either measuring base(14cm) or top (17cm). So it is smaller and no lid fits it, however it is a nice saucepan so I will keep it and order a larger size and see what comes. I would prefer not to have to guess but still.

Good strong saucepan and sturdy , not cheap looking .
