Love Love Love this camera
Love Love Love this camera. Still getting use to the focus but the pictures are stunning. Can't wait to do portraits. Well built it feels like you have a sturdy camera in your hands. I just switched from a Nikon so I am still getting use to the canon features but the color and clarity are amazing.

LOVE THIS CAMERA!
I went back and forth for weeks about whether to buy the Canon 5D mkiii, the 6D, or jump ship to Nikon. I finally settled on the 6D for bang for my buck and features. I couldn't be happier and, for me, it's been the perfect camera!

Four stars
Im still learning all of the functions but I LOVE IT SO FAR!! #CanonShooter Update: Ive shot many projects with this camera including tv production, I appreciate what the 6D brings to the table and because Im a low light shooter, it does very well in low light conditions. The only con I have to say about it so far is that it doesnt output true HD quality through an external video recorder and that would be one of the reasons that I would sell it soon, but other than that Im satisfied until I save money to go R3D.

Amazing image quality!
I tried the Nikon D7100 and was just not impressed by the overall quality of the image preview and how lighting would come out. I tried the EOS 6D and immediately it took amazing photos! Great purchase!

Good Buy
I started with a Canon T5, then made my way to the Canon Sl1. After doing research I landed on this camera. And so far I am pleased with it. It is a hugr step up from what I have had. I wish it had a better auto focus point...but its not bad. I manly got it for the lowlight and just overall good reviews of the camera.

Decent IQ, but flaky AF system.
Decent IQ, but flaky AF system. For the price I'd say Canon cut to many corners putting 11-point AF on a $2,000 body. And it's not just small numbers of AF points, but also central point is not reliable - I had several occasions shooting indoor in good light (ISO 600) when AF would just fail to focus for no apparent reason on low contrast object. And such object can be someone's face when a person has fair skin. Yes, it can focus in dim light, BUT only if camera likes the contrast. Another con here is central button on joystick control - on my camera and many others it just has too much play, almost like it's broken, and you can see behind it! Again, that would be acceptable on Rebel, but not on such expensive body.
