DOES NOT WORK
Disappointed with this gun. I work for a forklift sales and service company and needed something to help make my job faster and be more efficient. I read a lot of the reviews about this brand but what had me sold was, one of my co workers has this same grease gun. After using his a few times, I thought this was a quality product and very good for the price so I bought it. When I received it, I tried using it the next day, put a fresh tube of grease in, primed it, put a few drops of air tool oil in, pulled the trigger and grease shot out...great. When I put it to actual use...nothing. Not to mention that I had to disassemble the tip to get it off the fitting every time. Tried it again, same result. I had to rapid fire the trigger like a semi-auto but it wouldn't pump any grease. Not happy with it. I'll be looking into returning this item if I can.Update to this review: I've been contacted by a representative from Bravex named Joey for an exchange for free or a refund. I have to say, I'm impressed with their customer service thus far and have agreed to an exchange. I'll see how the new grease gun works out. Thank you.I've up graded Bravex's rating to 5 stars for the new grease gun I was sent as my exchange, the geese gun works excellent. But what impressed me the most was their true dedication to customer service. They did not hesitate to reach out to me to make everything right and send a replacement. Bottom line, I'm very happy with the tool and the Bravex company/brand.

best grease gun ever purchased
Put in john deere extra thick grease cartridge. Easy to load and air pocket eliminated within seconds of pulling trigger.Used old 1 gallon compressor with regulator set at 40. Grease shot out each time with simple pull of trigger. one shot or 2 shots, then a continuous trigger pull-equal to about 10 single shots for my snowthrower auger. Worked flawlessly on 5 of my machines and on 3rd cartridge. Now I have 7 extra manual pistol trigger and pump grease guns that I'll never use again. This gun also never leaks.

Well built and easy to use
This is an excellent grease gun. Well built and easy to use. In the past I've had the lever-style guns which require two hands to use. The trigger-action of this gun is great for one-handed operation. I think the instructions that came with it were out of date or not for this exact gun. It talked a lot about needing to prime it etc which this gun does not need. One feature I'd like to see added is a quick-release of the fitting. this fitting goes on with effort and holds on, which is great, but when you want to take it off, it is a real struggle especially when your hands are greasy. The only reason I am subtracting 1 star is because of the lack of a quick release.

Leaks EVERYWHERE!!!!
Okay, just so anybody reading this knows I'm not just some backyard mechanic. I've been a prototype engineering tech for 20+ years. Certified in everything from mig, tig, machining, tech and a degree in mechanical engineering. Almost all my tools are Matco, Snap-on or S&K. So I'm not just talking out my proverbial @ss here.Worst mating surfaces on any product I've ever owned. I bought it to lube the triple bearings on my HD Touring. Worked great for that. After that it leaked out every orifice on the thing. Threaded, sealed or press-fit it didn't matter. Relieved the plunger to take the pressure off even before putting it away, tied a bag over the zirk fitting because we all know the residue will leak out a bit. But after this thing bleed everywhere I took it apart, cleaned every surface, thread and o-ring. Used pipe tape where applicable and put it all back together. Leaked just as bad but through every orifice that I have no control over. So don't bother. If it's a one time use and you want to spend the money/time to get it then it'll work fine. Just don't put it in a box or anywhere you can't handle the mess later. For those that will question the quality of the lube just in case....well, it was pretty expensive high temp stuff. I don't want grease running down my triple/forks in the alabama heat.

One big problem
Great grease gun except for one problem that ended up causing a big problem and really pi**ing me off, the nozzle is so tight that you can't get it off of the zert, which broke the zert off. Not happy about that

Well constructed, easy to use.
My levered grease gun of many years was becoming a hassle to use and decided it was time for a new one. I bought this Bravex unit purposely for its pistol grip. It comes with instructions; very easy to use and definitely well constructed. I also purchased an Ease2U quick coupler to use with this and made greasing up all the zerk fitted ball joints and bushings so easy.

Haven't gotten to use it yet because
I feel like they should mention that the air fitting threads on this is a 1/8 inch pipe which is an incredibly uncommon size for a coupler. Nobody in the entire city I live in has an air coupler that will fit into this tool so I have to either buy an adapter for 1/8 inch to 1/4 inch then use a regular plug, or spend another decent amount of money on an air fitting that would be 99 cents at harbor freight if it would just have been a standard size. If I'm missing something please let me know maybe the solution is simpler than I am making it out to be.
