Lots of bulbs ! Bright and pretty
Value for money ! 100% their is a BIG bundle of lights for your £s - excellent value. These will be going around a big tree we have as there are so many lights and at 72ft plenty to wrap around the tree :) we have a very large garden and it’s very dark where we live so any extra light we can install really helps. Very bright...pretty colour not harsh. Very happy

Not worth the money
These are very pretty and the charge lasts all night however after just one night some of the bulbs stopped working. Then after a week almost half have stopped. I purchased 4 packs so I am very disappointed in these.

BOLWEO's “worry free warranty”
Item arrived OK. Fixed to fence. Worked until heavy rain. Now not working even though charged. My opinion: this is an issue around quality control so I posted a 1-star review. BOLWEO replied: “We noticed your feedback for the solar string lights, we are so sorry for the issue you met. We provides 12-month worry free warranty for our products, for this matter, we will resend a new lights to you for free.”This is a perfect result. This seller is true to their word — “worry free warranty” — and because of this, I now recommend. This purchase was my second set — working fine. Very bright colours but not gaudy — these lights are quite small so they blend in, around the garden and the ubiquitous shed, along fencing, anywhere! You can now buy knowing that BOLWEO will sort it out if they stop working. That’s excellent. Try them.

Not suitable for English winters.
Bought two sets of these in yellow. Pointed the solar panels at the sky where they will get the most sun. After two days come home in the dark to find them not working. Pressed the on off button and pattern buttons a few times, and they started working again. In the mean time the seller contacted me to ask if the lights were performing ok. I suspect due to so many others having the same problem. My conclusion to the problem is. In the winter months there is hardly any sun in the UK and when it does shine it is low and dim on the horizon. So the problem is the internal rechargeable battery does not get enough charge after a couple of days to run the lights and the electronics get so little charge the controller falls into the off state and so needs the buttons pressing again. However even though it is our poor sunlight hours. It could be argued that they are not fit for purpose for Christmas lights for three reasons 1. Christmas is in our winter. 2. there are to many lights and therefore the power draw is higher than it can charge up in the day. 3. The solar panel is not large enough to charge the battery. I have experimented with small power solar experiments and projects of my own. And when i saw the lights and how big the panel was. I suspected from the start these were unlikely work for long. I give them a 3 star rating because of the build quality for the money and the amount of lights you get on a string (however this turns out to be part of their downfall).Also for seller communication. I don't leave my Christmas lights up all year. But i will be putting these along our outside bar for summer BBQ's hopefully they will perform ok in our 2020 summer heatwave

Lovely set of lights
Arrived by Prime in two days.Easy to unwrap and not tangled so easy to put up look lovely on the little patio by the back door

Great Quality very bright and look quality.
These are a great set of lights, very colourful and power on as soon as it is almost dark right through to first light the next day, that is in Northern England and therefore I am impressed. Just a user tip - if you aren't sure if they are on / off simply cover the solar panel for a few seconds with your hand. No reaction = off .

perfect lights
I ordered these lights in May and my husband put them around the tree they were very pretty . Unfortunately the last few weeks they stopped working .I emailed Bolweo and they couldn't have been more helpful. They responded straight away and after doing a couple of tests on the lights we were sent a replacement set. We have also been contacted to ensure they were received and they were working ok. Would definitely recommend this company. I will certainly use them again. Very happy 😊

Not working after only a few days!!!!!!
These lights were easy to 'install' - the problem is that after only a few days they have stopped working altogether. Not the fault of the position or the amount of sunshine as other lights in the garden are working perfectly OK - not impressed at all you can imagine. I am hoping to get this review through to the seller in the hope of a refund.
