I have already sent in some comments. OK< HERE WE GO AGAIN- the jar was not sealed should it have been ? It also appears to be about half full, or half empty, take your choice.I asked in first letter to you, "IT IS OK TO USE NOT HAVING BEEN SEALED" I would like a prompt answer on this part of my problem, Thank you

I think this does help. The bottles are three fourths of the way full but if you count the pills there are 60 in the bottle so not sure why people make a big deal out of this. It’s a good product and that should be the focus.

I have tried so many kinds of Neuropathy meds to help with pain. None of them worked but this one. Pricey yes, but it works and I can sleep at night. Now I see it's "currently unavailable" I hope it becomes available again.

This is a scam
Does nothing. It is an expensive bottle of vitamins. Don't believe the claims. Most people do not need vitamins and are not vitamin deficient. There is no science behind any of these claims. Be careful when taking this product because it is not regulated (supplements are FDC exempted). If you need vitamins because a physician (an MD) said so, then go buy the vitamins. Stay away from grandiose claims and cure-alls like this fake product.
