So, tad mixed feelings ordering this (Form over function?) Not had great times with rollers so far… But No! Best roller available i reckon (not a doctor™️) cracked out mid thoracic immediately & over a couple of weeks of mostly daily use, yup would recommend 💯 (please make a mini one for other areas! I have terrible back pain. Especially at the moment due to the weight of holding my 6 month old and breastfeeding. I have always suffered with my back and tried many gadget to help. I was sceptical buying this but thought was worth a shot. This is honestly amazing. The best roller I have ever used. It has massively helped reduce tension on my neck and back on the first go. Even manage to get a crack out on my back which I can never do on my own. I am so happy I bought this and would recommend this to anyone and everyone with back problems

The best £45 I've ever spent! I've used other foam textured rollers in the gym and they do help a bit for massaging my lower back but this literally straightened my back from extreme back pain. That I caused due to deadlifts and shoulder pressing. I always use this now after back workouts or stiffness in the mornings from extreme training. This makes me feel like a new man! I definitely recommend spending the money on your health as your back is so important. Just look at it, you know it's gonna work.

I spotted this roller at a local osteopaths office last week. At first I thought it was 2 vases stacked on top of one another, but then realised what it was. Fast forward 4 days after and I had mine delivered today and it's brilliant. I've already got two foam rollers, but this one is completely different. It's on the firmer side but I use it on carpet so that takes the force off of it just slightly. It's also quite smooth so it can slip slightly on a carpet too when you go to lie on it. With it being firmer though it'll have you making noises that you never knew you could make when you hit those trigger points (all for a good cause though)! The spine groove really helps his the spot along your back and it also fits your shin bone in it to roll on the outsides of your legs, I've tried the more outer parts on my legs too and it's really good for pin point rolling. I'm looking forward to figuring out different ways it can be used for different muscles.

I really liked this foam roller. It is so different in design from usual foam rollers. The design allows you to release tight muscles in your lower back where with regular ones you can’t do this. After just over a week I can feel a huge difference in my lower back. It no longer aches! The other issue I have are shin splints and again it’s impossible to get release from a standard roller. This is great , because of the grooves in the design the release in the shins is fabulous. I travel a lot and what I really like is that in future because of it’s size I will be able to bring it with me even in “carry on” luggage. As the centre is hollow I will even be able to stuff some clothes in it! The support videos are excellent. They are very clear. I would reccomend watching them a few time before using as this is a very different foam roller.

This is an extremely well made roller. Having had cervical fusion and discectomy, plus shoulder op for trapped nerve, I am still prone to neck and upper body pain, esp if I spend too long using a laptop. 5 mins rolling my neck and upper body on this and all the pain goes. I’ve spent money on several different massage and pain relief devices inc innumerable pillows before, but nothing works and has helped me like this. I highly recommend it.

Roller was too painful to use. Was too hard, and the inside support snapped after the first use. Don't recommend.

Bought for husband because he keeps asking me to crack his back and I don’t like doing it as think this is the sort of things for experts. Anyway, he has used it and thinks it works well. I can also use it for yoga.
