Aug 2025. Have found this clock to be great, Bluetooth works well, good volume and sound. Phone Wireless charging is brilliant and also has an USB port in the back. Compact and great looking. Would recommend.

Great clock, does exactly what I need it to although it wont charge my phone if its in a case so you have to take it off.

This is a good product and easy to set up.

The first one I bought was faulty and was immediately replaced, so no complaints about customer service.They were very good in that regard. The alarm clock is of decent build quality, just what you would expect at this price range. As far as functions; the screen can been dimmed by pressing the Snooze button, cycling through the different brightness levels with each press. There is also a speaker which you can connect to via Bluetooth. It's not great quality but again, its only cheap so can't expect too much. The rubbery plastic material it is made from is an absolute dust magnet and is difficult to wipe clean, unless using a damp cloth. I didnt expect this to be an issue as I've never had this issue with other devices but it was surprisingly annoying. But... The main reason why I had to get rid of this clock was the fact that you can't just set the alarm to only go off during the week and be off on weekends! You have to remember to turn it off on a Friday and then back on again ready for Monday. This is a real pain. For this reason it went in the bin after a few weeks. Its a big oversight in my opinion. I can't really recommend it as an alarm clock as it lacks basic functionality. I didnt want to spend lots of money on an alarm clock so I bought this one and then another one after this, which turned out to be another waste of money. Lesson learned... I won't buy cheap again as in the end, its just not worth it and you end up spending even more in the long run !! I'd avoid and just spend a little more for better quality

Found that the phone kept buzzing all night. WiFi charging wasn’t consistent - some nights it didn’t charge at all. Alarm was very difficult to set

Update: Had this for about 3 months, no issues until last week when the clock would no longer maintain the correct time. Initially it fell behind an hour, reset it back to the correct time then a day or two later it happened again, reset it and after being away for 2 days I came back and it has fallen behind by 9 hours. Now returned.Original:It’s a great product for the price! I love it has two alarms, radio works great and so does the Bluetooth. I read a few reviews where people stated when using BT or Radio then it only display it “BT” or the frequency of the radio station, on mine at least this doesn’t happen - “BT” or the frequency will stay displayed for around 10 seconds before switching back to the clock. Maybe they update it to do this or others had a faulty unit but the one I have is fine.Sound quality is ok - not the best but definitely not the worst, sounds pretty decent.Haven’t really used the wireless charger and don’t plan on using it but it works with my AirPods and iPhone so that’s good at least.My only complaint is that you cannot change the volume of the alarm. i use the radio as the alarm which gradually gets louder over 40 seconds up to volume 7 which is a little too loud when you share a house with other people. Would be nice if this could be lowered or if the alarm remembered what volume you set it to before going to sleep and used that setting.Overall, excellent product for the price, works well and looks good.

This clock is a good-looking alarm clock but the method of setting the time or an alarm is overly complicated. Especially for older people. The display is dimmable and is ok but nothing special. The wireless charging is a little temperamental though. Sometimes it doesn't matter where you place your phone, it just refuses to charge despite showing the charging symbol on the display. The best way I have found to correct this is to unplug the device. After about a minute power it on again and the wireless charging starts working again.The radio function is a little temperamental but that might be down to me being in a bad reception area.The alarm sound is loud enough but the radio sound is a little tinny when listening at all but the lowest levels of sound.Would I buy it again? Probably not. It might be ok for you though if you like complicated instructions and live in a good radio reception area.
