Bought 3 numbers, and this is one of them.
They look good, are made well, and offer more than one way to install them. they can stand away from the wall a little, or lot, or not at all. They might be tricky to get lined up, but I took two of the longer posts that I was not using, and sharpened then to a point. Then I set the number up on a base line that I drew in pencil on the house and once it was in position, I tapped it with a soft mallet to make two indents that I could see. Then I drilled them with the proper size drill and put the numbers up with no space behind them. I chose no space because I live in bug infested Florida. If you leave a space, something will crawl behind it and make a nest. One really nice thing about these numbers is that once they are placed on the house they won't come off. At least not by themselves, or even a hurricane, but if you wanted to take them down to paint the house, you can do that easily by simply prying them straight out. It will not reduce the holding strength of the anchors in the least.

Great looking numbers, no holes in front
Most house numbers come with holes in the face for screws. I wanted to mount our numbers on a granite boulder and these were among a very few that have studs that screw into the back. They come with one inch spacers so they can be mounted proud of a surface. There are also shorter and longer studs. I drilled holes in the granite for the studs and then epoxied the numbers in place. The vertical spacing of the studs is not uniform, varying with the particular number, so each number must be measured carefully before installation. The numbers themselves are very nice quality. You can find house 6" house numbers for double the price of these on the internet, so they are a relative bargain.

well made, needs istructions improvment
Looks well made. One thing they can improve --make the back of the packaging into a template that you can use as guide when you (pre) drill the holes. Also should include instructions specifying what size drill bit to use.Warning: different digits have different space between the posts!

Installation is not easy
They look great but this product sorely lacks installation instructions. Easy suggestion would be to include a template for each letter in the packaging. Their website is not helpful either.

They looked pretty and seemed to be good quality
Couldn't use them .... Even my construction guy was confused as to how to install them. I ended up throwing them out. They looked pretty and seemed to be good quality.

Great looking numbers that really worked well for our house
Great looking numbers that really worked well for our house. They are pretty big, so if you are looking to place the numbers vertically, you should measure your house siding.

Very nice!
These numbers are very nice looking and easy to install. They are a perfect size too. I couldn't find anything like this at Home Depot, Lowes or Menards.

Quality Product
I am very pleased with the sturdy quality of my new house numbers. I live in a traditional ranch style home and wanted a classic look. The popular modern, rather severe, house numbers did not fit my liking, nor the style of my home. On the other hand, I was not drawn to the frilly, curly style either. These new numbers are a perfect middle ground. They are large enough to be seen easily from the street and they are a refined addition to my home. It took me some time to get the most appealing spacing between the four numbers, but finally the job was done! Thank you Atlas Homewares and Thank you Amazon. As usual, you always research the best products to provide to your customers.
