I've been training in Muay Thai for a few years now and recently started working for my gym, making it a bit difficult to train during normal class hours. Sometimes I can only squeeze in a half hour or so and these slip-on gloves are perfect for that! I've got medium sized hands... slipping them on without wraps is no problem. However, adding hand wraps into the equation makes it difficult... and pretty uncomfortable if you are able to get them in. If you must use hand wraps... kid's hand wraps are perfect. Because of the design of these (and most) bag gloves, there isn't a lot of wrist support. Using kid's hand wraps adds just enough support to keep you from easily folding your wrist over, but not too much support so that you can still focus on proper form.Using bag gloves have a few advantages other than being time efficient. Since there isn't a lot of wrist support... it forces you to emphasize on form and also helps in strengthening the wrist during impact. Another advantage is that these gloves are thin. After a while, depending on how hard you're going, you'll begin to feel the impact more and more on your knuckles. This is good for two things... making sure you're hitting with the correct knuckles, as well as toughening them up. And last, but not least... you can use these gloves specifically for bag/pad work and save your other gloves for sparring (if you're into it).Overall, these gloves feel great! Solid construction! Great oldschool design! Serves its purpose. While you can probably find a cheaper pair... I bought these knowing they were full leather, Thai name brand, made in Thailand. I will, more than likely, buy another pair when these give out in the future. Awesome product!

I needed new gloves for the heavy bag & I looked at numerous brands and styles. I opted for these Windy gloves because I was impressed with the all leather construction and quality stitching. Hand crafted in Thailand for Muay Thai fighters so you know they’re TOUGH! Approx 9 oz each glove, they work great with or without wraps (I got the large). The quality is obvious & awesome! Get these!

I used this for heavy bag work and the padding is amazing. Great value for the price. It provides padding where you need it. These gloves are thumbless so you really have to pay attention how you position your fist. I hurt my thumb a couple of times, but when I became aware of it, it was fine. This pair is lighter than 12 oz. some reviewers peg it at 9 oz. or 10 oz. it makes a difference when you do 100 jab crosses, it doesn’t tire you out. I highly recommend this but also wrap your hands especially for wrist support as this glove does not have velcro or lace, just an elastic.

Very nice lookingand made with some of the thickest leather I've felt on a glove. Just got them but i could see these lasting a long time.

Gloves are way too tight on the hands, Recommend another brand.
