So excited I can't stand it!
I first purchased a size Mens 6/Woman's 7. Got them so fast. Tried them on and I was pleased. I knew they weren't the right size though. So I quickly ordered a new pair and started the return process on these. Let me say I have been roller skating since I was 16. My first skates were a pair of Riedell Bonzi skates with the metal plate, colored wheels and the best bearings they made back then. They were a leather boot, white with green laces and purple wheels. My Friday and Sat nights for years were spent at the rink. I never missed a beat! I still had those skates when my daughter (who is now 24) was six years old (born 1996). I am 47. She used them for a little bit when she was about 9, then took the wheels and used them for her skate board. I don't know what I did with the rest of them and I am so sad. I bet they would fit me today like a glove.I didn't want to spend to much on a first pair again, so I found these. My only complaint with these skates is the boot is really stiff. I assume that will loosen up with time. Although it's not leather, but still should give some. Other than that I love them. I will upgrade wheels and bearings later. But for a 'beginner' skate how many years later, it's like riding a bicycle. I'd like to say I was (still am) a damn good skater! I am so glad I found a couple people who helped inspire me to get back in it. I really have missed it so much. Can't wait for the rinks to open back up. Let's make roller skating cool again! Not to mention a great workout.

Unsafe skates
These are awful. It’s been hard to find a GOOD pair of skates anywhere else due to the pandemic so I settled for these. Terrible mistake! It’s been 3 months and one of my wheels no longer touches the ground and the straps are starting to tear apart. Forget about changing wheels out because once I did, the skate got worse and the trucks are made so cheaply that you have very little flexibility. Even at the rink, my wheels don’t grip the floor anymore - even after cleaning my wheels and bearings. Just a really unsafe structure of a skate. I would MAYBE recommend these for beginners who are LIGHT skaters, these are definitely not for every day use. Honestly, they’re more of a toy skate than anything. Don’t be cheap and impatient like me and definitely don’t buy these! Drop the $300 on a good pair of Moxi skates and be patient and wait the few months to receive them. DONT BUY CHEAP SKATES, ESPECIALLY FROM AMAZON :]

Poor manufacturing.
Skate was manufactured poorly which resulted in a concussion. Unfortunately my return window ended 6/11 and I started skating in July. I absolutely hate writing bad reviews but I have a nasty scar on my leg too.I used the skates maybe 3 days at most in a roller rink setting. I was leisure skating when the skate popped out of place (see red circle).I get bumps and bruises are part of trial and error and was okay with that, but having a $90 skate break while I was coasting along the rink wall after barely any use was upsetting. The blue circle is how it should look.

Good beginning skates but they may need a little work
This is our second pair of these skates for our daughter after she grew out of the first pair. They’re a great beginning skate. They fit and they don’t fall apart. However they have changed the skates slightly in the past two years. Most notably are the cosmetics. But the biggest difference are in the bearings. The first pair came with abec 5 bearings. This new pair came with abec 3 bearings which are a lower quality. The difference between the two isn’t terrible but one of the bearing shield was crushed (as shown in the picture) and would not spin. I also had to remove the shields from five of the other bearings to properly clean because they were almost non functioning after soaking them in cleaner. The grease they apply from the factory is so thick they wouldn’t spinNow with all that being said I would still recommend these for a beginner set of skates. But if you get these and the wheels don’t seem to spin it’s most likely because of the bearings. It’s easily fixable but it should be known

The axel spins, white comes with white laces
First off I was super bummed that the white pair pictured have rainbow laces and what you get is actually boring white laces. I noticed after submitting my order the picture was different and ordered separate colored laces but still, bummer. Secondly, after swapping out wheel for outdoor use I tried to put the wheels back on and the axel spins inside the plastic so it tightened on one side more then the other because the bar moved back and forth which it shouldn’t. The plastic is too malleable so I’m nervous for the integrity of the skate. I don’t have high hopes for their overall stability

Waste of money/cheaply made
First off, don’t waste your money on these. I should have spent the extra money to get a professional pair. The stopper is PLASTIC!! Which is super dangerous! You can’t make yourself stop when you need to! And the wheels are screwed on so tight that I can’t even skate properly in them. The bolts won’t budge AT ALL, so it makes it impossible to put any outdoor wheels on them. Because trust me, you do NOT want to take these original wheels on a sidewalk. These are meant for the rink only. Even then, I don’t think they are safe enough for a rink. Extremely disappointed.

Nice but but rubbed my daughters ankles and were not that padded in that area
These are nice skates but gave my daughter sore ankles after one use due to them being too tight and the area is not padded as much as she would like. She got red marks on her ankles from them rubbing on her skin. Maybe try thicker socks. Other than that she liked them and said she felt more comfortable in these skates versus the ones provided by the skating rink. FYI....she wears a size 3 in shoes and that’s what we ordered and fit fine otherwise.

You get what you pay for and it shouldn't be these!
First off, the skates are advertised with rainbow shoe laces. Only come in black. The bearings are junk, have to replace those. The shoe itself is terribly stiff and rubbed through my wife's skin and left a bad rash on her ankles. Have to skate with large bandaids. Its advertised as derby ready, yet the fixed toe stop needs to come in a gumball form and will not fit the proper toe stop. You will need a new skate plate! All of a sudden your replacing everything on the skate and spending even more money!! Save yourself the time and put your hard earned money into something worth while.
