I just got this thing a week ago so I don't know about longevity. I've owned at least 7 different water pitchers and this one definitely makes the best tasting water...plus it supposedly also makes the water alkaline. I haven't tested the ph yet, but it sure does taste like store bought alkaline water...I just hope the filters last as long as they say they do. I once had a pitcher that made water taste almost as good as this one, but the filters were very expensive and only lasted around 3 weeks and then the water would suddenly taste horrible...I'm just hoping that doesn't happen with this one. So far, I love this thing and the great tasting water it makes. My one little complaint would that the filter was a little difficult to get to seal; the first time I put it in, I noticed the water was leaking down the side and took a little effort to get in there tight enough to seal.

Everyone needs this handy filter to add ph to their drinking water, my 5th year using this one. Water tastes better and it is better for us to have PH WATER.

This is truly great tasting water. The timer fails quickly. They did send me an entire new pitcher but it failed too before I could even completely use the first filter. But if you take it apart, there is a battery inside you can replace.

I bought this as a gift for my daughter. She loves it! She says the quality of the water is better than anything else she has used. The size is perfect. She says everything about it is wonderful.

First, the customer service is wonderful. I needed a new spring for the clear fill hole cover on the lid. I sent an email and the customer service team replied the same day offering to send me a new spring, they also showed me how to replace it. I couldn’t replace it on my own so they sent me a new lid free of charge. Second, the pitcher is great. Out of all the pitchers I’ve researched it’s the best quality and it’s worth the price. The water tastes great, it’s easy to fill, and it looks nice. I highly recommend this product

I bought two of these water filter pitchers several weeks ago. I selected this brand after studying numerous brands with specific attention to their filter technologies. This water tastes and feels so good in my mouth that I just want to drink more, which is wonderful for hydration. I had one relatively minor problem with one of the pitchers after several weeks of use. I sent an email to the company describing what happened. They responded within hours and insisted on sending me a complete replacement unit that arrived a few days later. I am amazed and very impressed with their customer service. This is a great product with fantastic customer service. I'd give them six stars if I could.

I drink like 2 gallons of water a day, so I thought this would be a great for me. The water taste good, it's super easy to use, but... BUT THE LID DOES NOT FIT THE PITCHER, no matter what and which way you try to make the lid fit, it just won't and so you have to be super careful when pouring or else water will spill all over the place, TRUST! It's not the business and there is this random circular shaped lid cover that doesn't cover, it just falls into the water after pouring water into the filter part. I'm not sure why it's there, or why the cover is created in a backwards direction for this pitcher, but it SUCKS and obsolete. When I'm finished with my filters and I feel like the cover of the pitcher doesn't bother me so much, I'll probably just keep it, but I would've probably purchased another brand just for the construction of this product. TIP!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDING TO FIX THE LID AND HOW IT FITS THE PITCHER and you'd have a pretty great product with 90% or more positive reviews.

We've been using this pitcher for 4 years. When we first purchased, we were hearing the benefits of alkaline based water and weren't sure how much we'd use the pitcher. We had water pitchers in the past, but never used them because the taste/benefits weren't enough to having to constantly refill a pitcher. Quickly, we recognized the taste difference. For me, I can't drink tap water anymore. If I'm out somewhere, the taste profile of regular tap water is too drastic. My preference is always to have a water bottle filled with water from this pitcher. Of course, I tested the water with PH drops and this thing works incredibly, providing very high concentration of alkaline levels. The only thing that is a requirement is that making sure the water level in the pitcher is always in contact with the filter. If it falls below, you lose the alkaline benefits. 3 Years later, this pitcher continues to be THE primary source of water for our home, including our pets. We never drink straight out of the tap and we couldn't speak more highly about it. Build quality is great, the pitcher is as good as it was day 1 and has survived a couple of drops, full with water, over the years. The filter timer lasted about 2 years, but that was easy enough to replicate with calendar reminders on our phones. If you're interested in jumping in to the Alkaline water market, this is a great first step. This company makes a ton of other products, but we've always just kept the pitcher around. Don't hesitate, this is worth the money ten times over!
