About to order my second bottle, I bought the first one over 2 months ago. A little goes a long way! I love how clean my skin feels every time. Cleared up dark spots and problem areas quickly. 100% recommend using their face oils to follow up, or you might feel a tightness or dryness later on. I think it’s just from the pores being so clean honestly. I have super sensitive skin and this is amazing stuff.

I have beautiful skin, but my pores tend to get large if I don't cleanse correctly. This started off nicely, but within a week, I looked like I had blackheads on my face, It wasn't black heads from acne, the product clogged my pores and settled in and gave the appearance of clusters of blackheads because of the charcoal build up. I threw it away and literally poured the money down the drain. I should have returned it or reached out to the company for a refund or credit. I use Levin Rose products and this is the only item I have complaints about!

very mild pleasant scent. lathers just enough, not too much. no burning or sensitivity around eyes. face does feel a bit more tight/dry after using, but i use a witch hazel toner and a good moisturizer afterward and feels fine. i started off once a day to watch for break outs and reactions, but there haven't been any. skin is feeling smooth and balanced. i had a really good face week! very happy with my purchase.my skin type: usually always has a few bumps (not white heads or cystic acne) on forehead and cheeks and without moisturizer (or the right moisturizer) will get oilier as the day goes on.previously using: raw black soap to clean, followed by a few drops of jojoba oil - this unfortunately gave me a few pimples that actually hurt :(. didnt work for me, so trying this leven rose cleanser is really a blessing.

I've never used an oil cleanser before. It's not greasy, but I don't know how well it cleans my face. It almost feels moisturizing vs. cleansing. My skin doesn't feel squeeky clean. Has a neutral scent, and washes off well, but not sure I'm that happy with it.

This is just ok, kind of over priced. It does not lather enough, don’t think I will repurchase.

Charcoal Cleanser by Leven Rose has a nice scent and lathers up really well. My only issue is that it does not seem to rinse away completely. My skin feels like the cleanser is still on it after I have done my best to wash it off. Not sure if it is supposed to feel that way because of the oil in this cleanser or if there is something else happening. I will say that I have many products from this company that I truly love and use, this is really the only one I do not use daily.

I've finally found a face cleanser that doesn't irritate my skin at all. I have sensitive skin and psoriasis. The cleanser I had been using for the past couple of years was pretty mild, but it would still cause me to have some slight dryness and a little redness after washing. But with the Leven Rose Charcoal Cleanser, my face is actually left feeling comfortable and smooth. I've used this for 3 days now and I haven't had a single iss6ue. All I've done is wash my face with this and then apply a few drops of argan oil. I'm already seeing and feeling improvements in my complexion. Thank you, Leven Rose. You've made my life a little easier.

I love that this is non abrasive, gentle, and effective. I have sensitive skin, so regular cleansers that exfoliate leave my skin red and irritated. Plus, I still have breakouts so I need a cleanser that really works on my skin and does it gently. So far after only a few days, my skin feels great and looks great. Pores are looking smaller too.
