It's delicate and needs to be treated accordingly
Unit does not have a lot of turning force so be sure that nothing is affecting the movement from turning. It will not work correctly if there is any restrictions. Seller responded to all my questions and provided the knowledge that i needed to trouble shoot the problem I was having with slow time. The next movement I will buy will be the one that runs the larger hands so I will have a margin of error if there is any install issues later. I put this movement in a expensive clock and I hope it will last for a long time. I paid a jeweler a good amount of money the last time it was replaced and his didn't last but 3 years. This movement was at a very good price and I did it myself. I can afford to replace it if it fails in a few years.

Lasted 3.5 years and now no longer keeps time

Nice clock works.
Exactly what I needed for my clock project.I only order the 'sweep second hand' anymore. Can't stand cheap noisy clocks.I hope it lasts. It's been running for a week now.

With this kit installed, you can not tell the non-functional electric motor is not there any more.
