I recently traded by towel holder and i hated how it fit. Having something to easily pull the towels when you need it, is important. I searched and found this one. It sits by my sink so it was important to be rust-proof as well as be durable. I do like how the base is weighted and stays sturdy on my counter. I don't know why they included "softness" it's stainless steel and that's what i looked for.

I wanted to love this purchase the first go around but upon receipt the post was extremely wobbly and would not fasten to the base. The very bottom (underneath) seemed to be made with poor quality than what I anticipated although the material used seems to work to avoid rust/stains. I opted to receive a replacement vs. just getting my money back. I received it in better condition but the post was still loose to where I had to turn it a few times to fasten it. The first one you could not do this to fix it (seemed broken) I like the finish of this holder because it goes well with my KitchenAid dishwasher. The hole of a paper towel roll is bigger than the top part of the post on this holder, so you can literally go without unscrewing the top and just place your paper towel roll on.

Mine finally broke and I bought this one to replace quickly. Upon receiving the bottom was glued on completely crooked. You could see the black off one side. I tried to peel it off and line it up but after a bit of pulling realized it would rip it off. I cut the excess off with scissors and it was presentable. Not good quality, will do for now till I can go by another. Do not recommend.

Arrived in a timely manner and well-packaged. There was a small piece of threaded tape stuck to one part of the stainless steel. Easily removed with rubbing alcohol. Product is sturdy and allows for easy one-handed ripping off of paper towel w/o holder moving. Looks great. Would buy again.

Not very weighted in base. If you pull fast the towel comes off the roll OK. Too fast and the rack tips over. Just know its limits.

I've had many fancy paper towel holders. They looked good, but I was disappointed with their performance and longevity. I decided to go simple with this and am so glad I did. Sleek, sturdy, holds up to heavy use, non-obtrusive, easy to Install and clean, holds all size rolls & towels pull off easily.

This is a replacement for a wooden holder that broke. This is much better quality and is sturdy. Should last a long time. Looks good too.

This is how the product arrived. Total trash.It was lose and the screw under it was striped so I couldn’t tighten it. Also was dirty. and the underneath was totally ripped.
