Sally Hansen Extra Strength Creme Bleach, Complete Kit (Package May Vary)

Great product. Does what it needs to which is lightening your hair. I have very sensitive pale skin with very dark body hair and it worked great on my arms and face. There is some itching/burning which I expected but I noticed it goes away after about 5 mins (during application) for me. Areas are a bit splotchy red after wiping product off as directed but it goes away and I don't get any irritation/bumps/pimples the next day which is great. Only dislike is that there isn't enough product to get many uses out of it.

Worked well! I used for 8 minutes on my mustache and the hairs went from black and are now golden blonde.Theres is a little redness irritation on my skin as expected with bleach, and it subsided quickly with a cold compress. I bought the two pack but realized just a pea size is needed and one box will prob last me a year.

I have an extremely sensitive facial skin, but it's gentle and its work first within 3 min., no burning :)I couldn't fiind at a store anymore. I am glad to order it from Amazon.

As a pale girl with dark arm hair, I can’t believe I didn’t try this stuff sooner. It worked really well and made me feel so much more confident wearing tank tops and short sleeves. Didn’t burn or irritate my skin at all, but I did notice it bleached my skin some. This faded after a day or so, however to prevent this, I’d still recommend making sure you apply evenly - especially around the edges because that’s where you’ll see bleach lines. I’d also recommend doing this in the shower or over a sink. As the bleach dries, it begins to crumble with every little move you make so you’ll end up with a mess all over if you’re not careful. Girls make sure you tie your hair back!!The bleach solution was relatively easy to mix up, but I found the measuring to be a little annoying. It would be super helpful if they made this in pre-measured packs to make the setup process a little quicker.The process to do both arms (mixing up the solution, applying and waiting, washing it off) takes me about 40 mins total. The results last for about a week or two before you start to see black roots as the hair grows back.

You have to know how much bleach to mix for your skin sensitivity and tone. I love the stuff since I'm allergic to wax which burns my skin everytime. This won't burn your skin if you are careful with the amount of bleach activator you use. I use it once a month and it does an excellent job getting rid of dark unwanted hair.If it starts to burn wash it off immediately to prevent burns or bumps. It will start to dry and peel off when it is ready to be washed off.If it's your first time using the product, opt for less bleach activator so you can see how your skin will handle it. There will probably be a trial and error period to figure out the exact amount that works for your skin type while also eliminating unwanted hair. This is bleach so if you have medium or darker toned skin keep in mind that it will lighten your skin if kept on too long.

I have used this product for 25 years. They recently changed from the powder mix to this cream. The application is a lot less messy and easier to apply. It smells a lot stronger than the previous formula and reminds me of mixing hair dye - which is concerning as it is being used directly on your skin. The cream adheres to your skin and stays on your face the entire ten minutes and bleaches very coarse, dark hair. However, it leaves a residue even after showering. This is my second time using this new cream formula and this time it left burn marks - perfect little circles where my skin burned completely off of my face. I’m concerned how they will heal and after 25 years of bleaching my face with Sally Hansen - I will not be using this new formula ever again. Very sad they changed to something that is not beneficial for sensitive skin after 25 years of product loyalty.

I have been using this product for over ten years. I always use a timer to prevent it from burning my skin. I don’t shave my face and I don’t have time to pluck. Besides, plucking is painful, time consuming, and it leaves my skin feeling tender. As long as you wash your face very well with cool water after you use facial bleach, your skin should be not feel irritated. It keeps my facial hair almost invisible.
