Rcm WirelessTurntable with Stereo Speakers, Vinyl to MP3 Recording, RCA Output, USB(MC-262 Oak)

This is a nice, vintage looking turntable. Unfortunately, we bought this as a birthday gift for our son and it did not work. The dial that sets the record speed was defective and everything sounded like Alvin and the Chipmunks. Returned this one and bought a different, more recognizable brand which is working great.

More than a record player, this item is also a beautiful piece of wood furniture that can fit anywhere in the home. The main controls have been intelligently grouped together in the lower right of the player with the volume control and included 45 rpm spindle on axis to the main control unit giving a well organized overall appearance. The platter, while plastic, is not flimsy and mine played straight and true. The only part that feels flimsy is the lever that lifts the tone arm. The tone arm itself is quite lightweight but I had no trouble in playing any of my LP's. The sound is adaquate but when paired with my mini audio amplifier and two bookcase speakers sounded great. The tone arm has automatic return at the end of the record, something not usually found in players of this price point. All in all a great, good looking turntable for the money. The media could not be loaded.  New out of box. Turns on but powers off as soon as arm is over the record.

Looks great and sounds very good--just enough volume to fill one decent-size room.

stopped working after one year

Came broken. Didn’t even power on, and when it was plugged in just made soft repetitive noise

Sounds is not great but better with external speakers
