The extra large (xl) is 49 inches long.

Are these belts stiff and resilient enough to use with a gun and holster without that weigt pulling the belt down and away from your waist?

I've noticed the 1.5 inch belts I have can't hold a sherpa holster without sagging, does this 1.75 inch belt hold up to the challenge?

Yes there is a small pocket. I keep a neodymium magnet disc in mine, when I'm working on something it'll hold bits nuts and screws.
